I thought it was 7 card stud, but that game gets one card face up, two down on the first deal (blind?)

Jonathan S asked:

What’s the most probable kind of 5-card hand in a 7-card poker game, like stud or hold’em? (no pair, one pair, two pair, 3-of-a-kind, etc.) What’s the 2nd most probable?

Extra credit (whatever that means) if you give the actual probabilities. (Calculations aren’t necessary, so don’t hurt yourself.)
Remember, it’s a 7-card hand (that is, best 5-card hand out of 7 cards), so the probablilities are different than a normal 5-card hand.

In the scene where Rusty is teaching the celebs how to play poker, is that texas hold’em, five card stud, or what?
Thanks!

Question about different variations of poker?

JudasHero asked:

I have a home game going about once a week and we always play dealer’s choice. Most of us choose Texas Hold Em (I occasionally mix it up with 7 card stud and 5 card draw) but one player loves changing the game up every time. He’s introduced us to a lot of variations, some of which I’ve liked: Pineapple, Omaha Hi, Lowball and Anaconda. Does anyone know:
a) any online poker sites that offer these games? (I realize Omaha is quite popular, so exclude that one from this question)
b) Any sites that offer strategy on these variations?

As a side question, can anyone explain what a “triple draw” game is? For instance, on Poker Stars, they offer 2-7 Triple Draw.
