		<description>I deal poker and in a fixed limit game of 2-4 the first guy bets 2, and the 2nd guy raises it to 4, and the third guy calls, then the first guy can raise it up to 6 dollars. Just because he called doesn't close the action to the first player, he can either call the bet to 4 or raise it up to 6 in that case another raise to 8 can be made. When you say call or i see your bet is a verbal declaration, so even if you put out a raise and you had already said call or see you lose your option to raise the pot.</description>

		<description>Calling a bet means just putting in the same amount.  Seeing a bet means you're putting in that amount, and then raising another amount.

In your instance, the first guy would have to put in at least an amount to equal the raise of the second guy; he could also raise.</description>
