I want to open a card room in Tallahassee Florida is it legal?

I want to open a poker hall for cash games and tournys but I dont know where on the internet to look and see if its even legal?

I would like to have either 1/2 or 2/5 no limit and limit holdem/stud and omaha.

   florida has casinos on Indian reservations and boats. the laws are restricted to those places.
