In 5 or 7 card stud poker,is the player allowed to Grab every card,or are they supposed to stay visual?

My question is,When can the player hold all his cards in his hands?

   You can look at your hole cards but you can’t pick all the cards up like you’re suggesting. You can do that after the hand is done if you want but you’ll look stupid

   In stud games the up cards have to remain visible. You cannot pick them up or stack them to conceal them. You are best to just let them lie where they fall so other players won’t see you arranging a hand, unless you want them to.
