What poker variations do you play?

Right now, Texas Hold Em is arguably the most popular form of poker, and I believe Omaha, 7 card stud and 5 card draw are still played quite often. Do you play any other variation of poker? If so, what do you play and what do you like about it?

I have played a variation called “Anaconda”, which is a form of 7 card draw. Each player is dealt 7 cards. One round of betting takes place, and then each player must PASS 3 of his cards to his right. This means if you were dealt a straight, a flush or a full house, your hand just got screwed. After the pass, another round of betting, and then you pass 2 cards. Then another round, pass 1 card, another round and the show down. It’s interesting to get, say, 3, 3, 7, 7, A, K, 10 because in that situation, you have two pair, but to keep it you’d be forced to pass 3 high cards to your opponent.
